Rachel Regan, LCSW

Rachel Regan is a dedicated mental health therapist who has experience working with a diverse range of clients and believes it is a privilege to get to know each person who walks into her office. She strives to provide a warm, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and seen as they navigate the difficulties and transitions in their lives. Rachel works with children, teenagers, and adults and provides therapy for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief, addiction, and life and faith transitions.

Rachel uses a personalized, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Through these therapeutic approaches, she helps clients better understand themselves, develop emotional regulation skills, strengthen healthy communication patterns, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Rachel believes in the importance of self-determination and honors each client's individual experiences, values, and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to identify what matters most to them and develop practical strategies to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether working with a child, teenager, or adult, Rachel is committed to creating a therapeutic relationship built on compassion, respect, and understanding.

Rachel is a mom of two young boys and has lived in the Salt Lake Valley with her husband since 2021. Outside of her work as a therapist, she enjoys camping, weightlifting, traveling, and listening to an audiobook while working on a puzzle.
