Nichole Nielsen, Ph.D.

Dr. Nichole Nielsen has been working in the field of psychology since 2005. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Brigham Young University and went on to complete a pre and postdoctoral residency in forensic psychology in Wisconsin. Over the years, she has practiced as a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin, Colorado, and now Utah.

Dr. Nielsen brings extensive experience in psychological testing for clients of all ages across diverse settings—including private practice, residential treatment, mental health hospitals, insurance-based community programs, and public, private, and charter schools. Her assessment expertise spans neurodevelopmental conditions, forensic psychology, disability evaluations, concussion and traumatic brain injury, geriatric concerns, general mental health, and severe mental illness. She has particular specialty in autism spectrum and executive functioning (ADHD) evaluations. Dr. Nielsen is passionate about providing meaningful, thorough assessments, integrating her broad knowledge and clinical expertise to ensure each client receives the highest quality information, guidance, and support possible.

 Outside of her professional work, she enjoys woodworking, traveling with her family, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her pets.
