Online Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Women (18+)
We are currently offering an online group therapy program for neurodivergent women (18+) who are seeking connection, understanding, and supportive tools for navigating everyday life.
This group is led by Psychologist Melissa Horne and is designed to provide a welcoming, affirming space where you can connect with others who share similar experiences. Participants have the opportunity to deepen self-understanding, build self-compassion, and learn mindfulness-based strategies to support emotional regulation and manage stress.
Because the group is offered online, you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
