Alexandra (Lexie) Barber, Ph.D.

Lexie Barber received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May of 2023. She has worked with youth, adults, and families across community mental health, school, private practice, and psychiatric hospital settings.

Across her training and practice experiences, Lexie has provided individual, family, and group therapy; psychological and neuropsychological assessment; and consultation for diverse individuals with varying strengths and challenges. She has a particular interest and expertise in delivering culturally responsive mental health care and sees her role in psychology as equal parts therapist, teammate, and advocate.

In her spare time, Lexie enjoys baking gluten-free treats, hiking, watching reality television, and playing in the snow with her pet husky, Nala.
